Comparion Insurance Agent

Comparion Agents sell various insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options amongst our 30+ Insurance Companies we partner with. This is a Base Salary plus Commission and Bonus role with Renewal Compensation, Full Benefits, 401k match. Access to provided staff after meeting established performance to help you continue to grow. Go into business for yourself but not by yourself!

Our agents benefit from working in the same office in Fredericksburg with some of the top Comparion Agents and Associates in the country. The level of support you will receive from your management and training team, as well as your co-workers in our office, is unmatched. Training is roughly 10 weeks and is fully paid on Salary. Upon completion of training, your schedule will consist of time during the week in-office, time in field networking, selling, and meeting with partners, and limited time working from home.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong sales skills with a passion for crushing targets
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with clients effectively

- Experience in outside sales is advantageous
-Prior Insurance Agency experience is desired but not required

Duties:
- Conduct sales activities to sell insurance policies to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance requirements
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base including networking, relationship building, field marketing, and client outreach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales transactions

- Analyze market needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Solve client needs with use of multiple Insurance Companies

Average first year earnings of experienced new agents average between$75,000 and $85,000 in first year. Top first year agents may exceed $150,000 in total compensation through a combination of Salary, Commision, and Bonuses.
