Aging Together is a partnership-driven agency that helps our region prepare for an unprecedented growth in the older population, assuring local residents will have the services and supports they need as they age. Our vision is "Age Friendly Communities that actively engage, value & support older adults". Through free programs, resources like our Regional Resource Guide for Older Adults, signature annual events, initiatives, and volunteer programs, we connect older adults and caregivers to resources and programs that are relevant and make a positive impact
