About Us
The GWCRHSAA, Inc. is a membership organization that educates the public about those who attended, taught in, and/or supported the development of the George Washington Carver Regional High School. It was the only institution for secondary education for minority students from 1948-68 who resided in four counties: Culpeper, Orange, Madison and Rappahannock. The organization manifests its mission in two ways: awarding scholarships and the Carver 4-County Museum.
We are located within the original school, now called The Carver Center. Our address is 9432 James Madison Hwy, Suite 102, Rapidan, VA, 22733-1762.
