About Us
Culpeper Literacy Council empowers adults in our community through education, offering high-quality English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, citizenship test preparation, and 1-on-1 adult basic education. Our programs help learners improve their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, providing the tools they need to succeed in everyday life and achieve their goals.
