In 2023 we updated our name to 'doing business as' Encompass Community Supports (ECS)
Our Mission
The mission of ECS is to improve the quality of life in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties by providing comprehensive behavioral health, developmental disability, housing, substance use disorder, and aging services.

Encompass Community Supports (ECS), formally known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services, is an organization that leads with integrity and excellence. We embrace diversity, collaboration, accountability, and innovation in responding to the ever-changing needs of our community.
