Culpeper has been my home since 1989. My husband, Jeff, and I raised our daughter, Sarah, here. A Sweet Briar College graduate in Business Marketing and Equine Management, Sarah works alongside me as my marketing assistant, keeping our business tech-savvy and creative. Growing up spending summers on my grandparents’ dairy farm shaped my deep love for the outdoors and country living.
Raised by an Army Colonel, I learned discipline, organization, and calm under pressure—skills that prove invaluable during negotiations. From my mother, I inherited compassion, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
With decades of real estate experience, I continuously invest in advanced training to offer exceptional service. I hold multiple industry designations, including ABR®, SFR®, CDPE®, SRES®, PSA, and RENE.
