Electric Service Interruption

The Town of Culpeper Light & Power Department will be performing a voltage conversion to areas along South East Street, from Mason Street going south to 522.

The work will take place on Thursday September 25th. Work is to begin at 10pm and is expected to last 2-3 hours.

The electric utlity customers affected by this operation will receive a hand delivered letter.

In the event of adverse weather, we will reschedule for the following Thursday October 2nd.

There will be a heavy presence of utility personal and vehicles during this operation and motorist are asked to slow down and pay attention to changing conditions.
