Principal Consultant from Next Level Development Graduates with Honors from Trinity Law School

Lynne Richman Bell, Principal Consultant for Next Level Development, a consulting and coaching firm in Culpeper, graduated with honors from Trinity University Law School with a Masters in Nonprofit Law Saturday, May 17th, 2025. “It’s been about fulfilling a life dream,” said Mrs. Bell. “My mission has always been to help people and their businesses reach their full potential and now I’m even better equipped to do it.” 

With 16 years of experience as a CEO of three different nonprofits, Mrs. Bell established Next Level Development to create stronger and more stable and sustainable nonprofits and small businesses. A true visionary and organizational strategist exhibiting excellence in employee and constituent management, public relations, fundraising and business development. Lynne’s goal personal goal is to bring unquestionable credibility and high level impact to the organizations she serves.
