VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

 We need volunteers to make the Wicked Bottom Fun Run Festival unforgettable!

 Volunteer Job Times & Commitments

 SETUP CREW
Arrive by 6:00 AM
Help set up tents, tables, signs, and stations around the venue. Great way to get your steps in early!

 REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN
Arrive by 6:15 AM
Help participants register or check in, distribute bibs and t-shirts. (You’ll be busy but it’s a fun, high-energy role!)

 GREETERS / INFO BOOTH
Arrive by 6:30 AM
Point folks in the right direction and answer questions. (We’ll give you a cheat sheet with everything you need to know!)

 MERCHANDISE SALES
Arrive by 7:00 AM
Help everyone grab some awesome GOTR gear and sparkle essentials. (Pro tip: our merch sells fast!)

 FESTIVAL HELPERS / ACTIVITY HOSTS
Arrive by 7:00 AM
Want to host a family-friendly activity or highlight your org? Email Kelsey.Edwards@girlsontherun.org with your idea!
(You can also run the event — just let us know ahead of time!)

 COURSE MARSHALS
Arrive no later than 7:30 AM
Get your assigned location and instructions — then help keep our participants safe and on course.

 WATER STOP CREW (great for groups!)
Arrive by 7:30 AM
Set up on the course and cheer everyone on while passing out water and high fives!

 SPARKLE RUNNERS (Mobile Course Marshals & Encouragers)
Report by 7:45 AM to the Volunteer Tent
You’ll get your bib and instructions before heading out to run/walk alongside the girls and keep the energy high!

 FINISH LINE HELPERS
Arrive no later than 8:00 AM
Hand out medals, keep traffic flowing, and celebrate with every single runner who crosses that line!

Most volunteer roles still allow you to run in the event too!
Just let us know you plan to both run and volunteer so we can schedule accordingly.
